Solve the problem in the car interior

We have developed "High performance activated carbon sheet" to absorb and remove low concentration VOC and a slight amount of volatile organic compound (VOC) from the car interior, car parts and new-car smell.. We have started the mass production of it for the Chinese market.

European people love smell of a new car but it is uncomfortable odor for Chinese people

"According to the U.S .research agency J.D. Power's ""China Initial Quality Study"", unpleasant interior odors topped the list of complains by Chinese car buyers for a second straight year. China has been the largest automobile market in the worked since superseding the U.S. in 2009. So it is required to emphasize the preferences of Chinese people who are sensitive to chemical substances in this largest market. We have developed ""High performance activated carbon sheet"" for removing a slight amount of volatile organic compound in the car interior and new-car smell.."

Effectively absorb and remove low concentration VOC that comes from car interior and parts

"A part of adsorption performance of the general sheet using activated carbon becomes impaired such as that pore of the activated carbon is plugged with binder component. Our ""High performance activated carbon sheet "" maintains adsorption performance by suppressing pore of the activated carbon from being plugged. In addition VOC removing performance has bee improved by coating chemical adsorbent that is specialized in aldehydes evenly on the substrate which has large geometric surface area. Low concentration VOC from car interior is removed effectively by that technology."

Measurement of aldehydes in indoor environment is required as a causal substance of sick house syndrome and also required to be measured on the boundary line of site by Offensive Odor Control Law
