jointly developed with Hino Motors received the 2020 Catalysis Society Award (Technical

Category).

 

This system (HC-SCR) is installed in Hino trucks released after April 2017.

On January 28, 2021, the “6253rd QC Circle Champion Tournament” was held by the QC Circle Tokai Branch.

At this tournament, excellent circles selected from the four districts of the QC Circle Tokai Branch (Aichi Prefecture, Shizuoka Prefecture, Mie Prefecture, Gifu Prefecture) will meet together to compete for the champion of improvement cases of the Tokai Branch.

This time, due to the influence of the spread of the new corona infection, the event was canceled with all the members gathering, and instead the screening was done with documents and a video with audio from the presenter.

From our company, “Telephone 5 Circle” (JHS category) and “Grokki-Circle” (JHS category) participated and each won a gold medal.

On December 19th, 2020, a supplier meeting of Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (abbreviation / YIMM) was held, and Cataler Indonesia (abbreviation / CIC) was awarded the “Award of Excellence in Quality”.

 

This award was selected from approximately 170 suppliers in recognition of the zero delivery defects in 2020.

Ceremony, which had been postponed from March due to the COVID-19 disaster, was held online

and CSA received the “Cost Management Award”.

This is a praise for delivering the product at a competitive cost to TSAM.

On July 21, 2020, PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor (abbreviation/ADM) held an online supplier meeting, and Cataler Indonesia (PT. CATALER INDONESIA: abbreviation/CIC) received the “Quality & Delivery Award”.

This award recognizes the track record of maintaining zero quality defects and delivery delays while delivering a cumulative total of 1 million units since the start of transactions with ADM.

 

On March 24, 2020, we were awarded the “Excellent Quality Control Award” and the “Excellent Technology Development Award” by Hino Motors.

 

The “Quality Control Excellence Award” was evaluated as having zero defects, and has been awarded for six consecutive years.

 

The Award for Excellence in Technology Development is the world’s first refined Ag-based catalyst that was mass-produced in 2017.

We were recognized for our successful reduction of catalyst size by improving exhaust gas purification efficiency, which has led to the expansion of the number of models equipped with this technology.
