Since its founding, Cataler has developed as a company contributing to the global environment through the development, production, and sale of exhaust gas purification catalysts for over 50 years. Now we strongly feel that we would like to continue to grow over the coming 50 years as well, by further refining our catalyst technolgies; by accelerating efforts for carbon neutrality; and by putting our dream and passion into the realization of a hydrogen economy through the expansion of our FC (Fuel Cell) business.
The automotive industry is said to be in the middle of a once-in-a-century period of dramatic change, and the business environment in which our company operates has been changing at an incredibly fast rate.
We intend to factor in these changes in the business environment, and aim to realize Customer Delight by delivering the "value of Cataler" to our customers around the world through the provision of our products and service.
While our company faces a pressing issue to prepare for a surge of electrification, there is still a high percentage of use of internal combustion engines. That is why we need to respond to tighter emission regulations and create customer value in a new way, so that we can expand our exhaust gas catalyst business which focuses on the Global South.
Furthermore, by applying our catalyst technology, which is our strength, to decarbonization, we are working briskly to expand our catalyst business and grow our new undertakings.
As well as continuing to be a company that is appreciated by the customers all over the world, our aim is that, even when we celebrate the 100th anniversary, we will remain as "the best company in town" that can contribute to the environment and society. For this objective, all members at Cataler are working to achieve the management with grace as indicated in the terms such as dignity,elegance, and refinement, so that we can enhance quality of our management and continue to grow.
