(1/8 FINAL: Best 16)
・ Red course Natalia Soboleva / Russia (1995)
・ Blue course Tsubaki Miki /Japan(2003)

Opponents are Russia’s mid-level player Natalia Soboleva, who also played against last season’s World Cup Rogla.

Their first match in a year … was eliminated by 0.13 seconds.

I was disappointed because I watched live stream on YouTube and thought that Tsubaki won! As a viewer, the difference was really barely visible. (tears).

*For official results, please see the FIS (International Ski Federation) official website.
The match a year ago was a race that clearly showed a loss, but this race was at a level that can only be understood by video judgment.

It’s very refreshing to see a fair player reaching out to a reporter who tried to interview Tsubaki after the race, saying, “It was Natalia who won.”

The next race will be PGS (Parallel Giant Slalom) at the World Cup Rogla on Saturday, March 6th.
May Tsubaki’s smile bloom in Slovenia.

RUSH RUSH! Tsubaki!!
